What's included
Letting agents check against the inventory from the start of the tenancy. Our end of tenancy clean follows the same list, room by room, so nothing gets missed. The property should be empty when we arrive.
Kitchen
- All cupboards and drawers, inside and out
- Oven, hob and extractor (oven clean recommended)
- Fridge and freezer (defrosted beforehand)
- Washing machine drawer and seal
- Tiles, sink and worktops descaled
Bathrooms
- Full descale of taps, screens and tiles
- Toilet, bath and shower deep cleaned
- Grout scrubbed
- Mirrors, cabinets and fittings
- Floors cleaned into corners
Throughout
- Skirting boards, doors, frames and handles
- Inside windows, sills and frames
- Light fittings and switches
- Inside wardrobes and built-in storage
- All floors hoovered and mopped
Not included
- Carpet steam cleaning (we can recommend someone)
- Removing rubbish or furniture left behind
- Outside windows
- Garden or balcony
Questions
Do you guarantee I'll get my deposit back?
No one can guarantee that, as deposits cover more than cleaning. If your agent flags a cleaning issue within 48 hours, we'll come back and fix it free.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Cleaning around furniture and boxes means we can't reach everything the agent will check.
Can you meet the agent?
We can arrange key handover with your letting agent. Let us know when you book.
