Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or a code. We'll agree how access works before the first clean.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Yes, cleaners bring standard products. If you prefer your own, let us know.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card after each clean. You get a receipt from PRN Services Ltd every time.
How do I cancel?
