Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll schedule the clean in between.
Who supplies the linen and towels?
You do. Most hosts keep two or three sets per bed. Your cleaner changes them and leaves the used set in the washing machine or bagged.
Do you report damage or missing items?
Yes. Your cleaner tells you about anything damaged, broken or missing, so you can raise it with the guest in time.
